We’ve recently received a large number of personal retail to-door delivery inquiries.
While we sincerely appreciate all the interest and support from our customers.
Please kindly note that we are not a retail-oriented company.
At this time, we only offer FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Delivery to your nearest port) shipping terms.
We are currently unable to provide DDP or personal to-door retail delivery service.
And we are not sure when this service will be resumed.
We appreciate your understanding.
What is CIF:
We handle the cost of the goods, marine insurance, and ocean freight to the destination port.
⚠️ Please note: CIF does not include the following:
- Destination port charges (also known as terminal handling charges or port surcharges)
- Customs clearance fees at the destination
- Import duties or tariffs
- VAT or other local taxes
These costs and processes must be arranged and paid by the buyer upon arrival of the goods at the destination port.
